The Original Biker Artist

In 1971 a new motorcycle magazine emerged on the scene and an ad was placed in the back pages for an artist. The ad was answered by Dave Mann, the magazine was Easyriders and as they say...the rest is history. There was a bond between the artist and the magazine and each month Easyriders magazine showcased Dave's newest creation in its centerfold.

Dave Mann always seemed able to accurately depict the bikes, bikers and attitudes in his paintings. For years I have been a fan of Dave Mann art and somehow, as only he can do, each month he captured a picture in his mind and managed to bring it to life on his canvas.
