It was because of Malcolm Forbes encouragement that Scott began painting depictions of Harley-Davidsons. Mr. Forbes was very impressed with Scott Jacobs attention to detail, referring to the painting of his own bike Ruby. Celebrities such as Peter Fonda, Willie G. Davidson, Lorenzo Lamas, and Senator Ben Lighthorse Campbell, John Elway of the Denver Broncos, and Karl Malone of the Utah Jazz, own his work. Scott Jacobs work has been shown at the annual Art Expos in New York and L.A., La Galleria in Newport Beach, CA, and The Richardson Gallery in Reno, NV. In addition to being in over 300 galleries and motorcycle shops worldwide, his paintings are shown at The Black Hills Motorcycle Rally, one of the worlds largest motorcycle rallies held in Sturgis, SD, The Laughlin River Run in NV, The Love Ride in CA., Daytona Bike Week in FL., and the Harley-Davidson dealer conventions. |
